Do You Have Knowledge Of What Is High Blood Pressure?

What is High Blood Pressure?

Above normal bloodpressure is mount during force exerted by flowing blood on the current artery walls as a normal response to strain & physical movement. If you are facing hypertension repeatedly then it will make your heart and arteries feeble. Hypertension results in arterial disease, heart attacks and strokes.

How to Measure Blood Pressure?

The diastolic and the systolic are two values in which blood pressure is read by physicians. It is measured in millimeters of mercury (mm Hg).

Extreme Blood Pressure could be represented in an adult as a blood pressure higher or equable to 140 mm Hg systolic pressure, or greater than or equal to 90 mm Hg diastolic pressure. Reading of blood pressure above 140/90 is unnatural and shows hypertension.
